The GoGreen roadmap outlines a three-year strategic plan to build, scale, and regionalize the Green Token ecosystem. Each phase focuses on expanding system capabilities, driving adoption, and ensuring measurable sustainability impact through verified actions and real-world partnerships.
Year 1 — Build & Prove
The first year focuses on establishing proof of concept through MVP development and pilot launches. The goal is to validate the core AI + MRV verification model and demonstrate real-world usability.
Develop MVP + AI/MRV v1: Build the foundation for automated action verification and reward issuance.
Launch Pilots: Test deployments in malls, universities, and transit systems to collect user and operational feedback.
Upgrade Verification: Integrate POS trials and sponsored campaigns to validate commercial use cases.
Create Install Playbook: Develop operational manuals and partner packages for scalable deployment.
Year 2 — Scale & Monetize
In the second phase, GoGreen transitions from pilot to commercial scale, expanding to new regions and activating monetization channels.
Launch Product v2: Introduce advanced gamified systems such as Streaks, Impact Cards, and POS/API integrations.
Expand to Multiple Cities: Onboard municipal and private partners for nationwide deployment.
Activate Revenue Streams: Generate income via sponsorships, in-app media, and material resale programs.
Release Data/API Dashboards: Deploy enterprise tools for partners to monitor impact, rewards, and treasury operations.
Year 3 — Regional & Network Effects
The final phase focuses on regional adoption and ecosystem maturity, connecting multiple cities and partner networks under a unified framework.
Launch Product v3: Introduce multi-city dashboards, dynamic rewards, and multilingual UX to enhance user accessibility.
Expand Channels: Integrate with hotels, resorts, NGOs, and city programs to diversify participation.
Standardize Playbooks: Finalize recycler contracts (e.g., rPET / rHDPE) and operational SOPs for replication.
Run Regional Campaigns: Execute cross-border sustainability initiatives and establish long-term expansion frameworks.
